Items are shipped via the method you selected during the order process. Options include:
Applicable shipping charges for your order will be provided prior to you completing your purchase. Sifted Kitchen ships to the US and US territories. Sifted Kitchen will only accept shipments to a valid street address.
Free Shipping promotions shall be subject to promotional details and we reserve the right to restrict the ship-to locations. Only 1 promotional code may be used per purchase at checkout.
Production of Sifted Kitchen spice blends has begun. Orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received.
We will ship your package using the method you selected during the order process, and we will provide you with tracking information so that you can monitor the delivery of your package.

Do please note: These estimated shipment times are provided for your convenience. They are estimates. Neither Sifted Kitchen nor its third-party shipment providers will be liable for any damages or loss as a result of the failure to meet a shipment estimate. In no event will Sifted Kitchen or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Sifted Kitchen. We expect that you will be happy with our product, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We do not (actually, cannot) accept returns on food-related items.
If your order is damaged during shipment, contact us within 7 calendar days from the date you received your order.
To submit a claim: Take a picture of the damage and email it to along with your order number and your preferred method of communication.
Approved claims: Sifted Kitchen will either refund the cost of the damaged product or send a replacement. Refunds will be made to the credit card that was used to place the initial order.
